Neno Loje is an independent Microsoft Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) consultant and Team Foundation Server (TFS) specialist. In this role, he has helped many companies establish a team environment and software development process with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server.
Neno’s professional goal is to develop simple and light-weight solutions that make teams and developers more productive in order to achieve the ultimate goal of delivering customer value though software. Passionate about ALM he says, "ALM helps teams focus on the important things; VS/TFS is a pragmatic approach to ALM - even for small, non-distributed teams. If you're still not convinced, try it out and judge for yourself." In addition to ALM, Neno is involved in many other aspects of software development. He is a frequent speaker at industry events, leads training courses, and maintains several Microsoft developer and Scrum certifications. In 2006, Neno was recognized by Microsoft as an ALM MVP (Most Valuable Professional) and continues to retain that designation. He resides in Hamburg, Germany.
