Drea Zigarmi

Drea Zigarmi is a founding partner of Leadership Legacies, LLC; founding associate of The Ken Blanchard Companies, and president of Zigarmi Associates, Inc. For the past 25 years, he has been head of research and development for The Ken Blanchard Companies. He has co-authored several best-selling books, including Leadership and The One Minute Manager and The Leader Within. He co-authored with Ken Blanchard the widely used Leader Behavior Analysis II instrument, the Development Task Analysis form, and participant materials used in Situational Leadership II seminars.

Drea is a highly respected and experienced management consultant, author, and powerful trainer and motivational speaker. His diverse client list includes Fortune 500 companies such as Pfizer, Eli Lilly, GM, Toyota, Honda, Lockheed, Gulf Oil, and Chevron; athletic teams such as the San Diego Padres, Baltimore Orioles, and Chicago Cubs; and government organizations and nonprofits such as the Department of Defense, the U.S. Post Office, the County of San Diego, and Denver Public Schools.
