DR. JUDITH BARDWICK is Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of California at San Diego, and president of the San Diego-based Bardwick and Associates. A truly original thinker, she has become one of the world's most sought-after consultants, educators, speakers, and authors on the social psychology of the corporate environmentâ€”an arena she has researched and worked in for more than 30 years.
