James R. Wilson

James R. Wilson is a long-time practitioner of software product development, ranging from work to build hospital clinical systems to design and assessment of large-scale software architectures. For a number of years, Jim was CTO for Cyberserv, Inc., a web-CRM vendor whose products serve call centers for RCA, Navy, Financial Times, and others. Today he is a software architect in the Department of Treasury, where his focus is enterprise architecture and legacy systems modernization.
