He has created online courses on Windows 2000 and Microsoft Word 2000 for DigitalThink and a course on Microsoft FrontPage for Service911. Greg has been a regular columnist for CNET and ComputerUser.com and has written countless articles for Forbes, PC World, and Computer User.

Matthew Keller is an Enterprise Systems Analyst for the State University of New York at Potsdam. Along with extensive real-world and theoretical knowledge of the Apache Web server, he has contributed to a number of related Open Source projects as well as co-authored two other books on the topic.
