David Molden

Born and educated in the UK, David Molden began his career in the IT industry as a computer engineer, stepping into his first managerial role in 1972. As National Service Manager with Computacenter he became increasingly interested in personal development until, in 1992, he was appointed head of training and development, and began to integrate NLP principles into management and leadership training.

Always looking for innovative and effective ways of developing people, David has become something of an expert in challenging orthodoxy, and seeking ways of increasing the leverage for change. He is author of Managing with the Power of NLP (FT Pitman Publishing, 1996), co-author of Realigning for Change (FT Prentice Hall, 1999), a professional member of the Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming, and a director with Quadrant 1 consultancy, where he works as a facilitator, coach and trainer for organizations that want to harness the full potential of their people.
