Jeff Davis

Jeff Davis is a technical writer, trainer, and consultant with 18 years of experience, specializing in software and process documentation and disaster recovery planning. Jeff is the author of over 1,000 how-to articles on Office, help desk operations, and technical training. He is a faculty member of the Help Desk Institute's 2004 Annual Conference and Expo, to be held at the Gaylord Palms Resort Orlando in April.
