Jeremy D. Cioara, CCIE No. 11727, is the owner of AdTEC Networks, an IT consulting firm. Jeremy also teaches on topics ranging from Cisco certification to IP Telephony. Jeremy is also the author of books and official curriculums.

David Minutella

David Minutella holds CCSP, CCNP, CCDP, CISSP, MCSA, A+, and Net+ certifications. He currently instructs for The Training Camp, specializing in accelerated Cisco and A+/Network+ training. Dave has primarily taught CCNA, CCDA, and CCNP courses, but is currently developing the CCSP course for The Training Camp. Prior to working with The Training Camp, Dave worked for Broadwing Communications as the Senior Manager of Customer Premise Equipment. Dave and his group were responsible for implementing equipment solutions for customers across the country. Over the years, Dave has configured, installed, and troubleshot thousands of Cisco and other types of WAN equipment in the field.

Heather Stevenson, CCNA, is a network support engineer for Sungard Services. She is a CCNA with a range of networking experience from technical support to troubleshooting and technical writing.

Chris Ward, CCNP, is a senior technical instructor with Thomson Netg. He has previously published with Que Publishing, Course Technologies, and Coriolis.
