Pamela Pierce is certified through Microsoft Professional Accountants’ Network (MPAN) in Microsoft Small Business Accounting. Pamela has been interviewed for articles on Microsoft Accounting 2007 in magazines such asAccounting Technology and Accounting Today.
Pamela has been working as a consultant, trainer, and coach for small businesses since the 1980s. She owned Applications Plus, Inc.—recommending, selling, and supporting accounting systems in the late 1980s. She is the author of Wow! Look At Windows XP, is a college instructor in PC repair and maintenance, and was one of the first Microsoft Partners and Microsoft Certified Solution Developers.
Owner of Empowering You!, Pamela has been transforming businesses through technology since 1993. Her company diagnoses and solves PC problems, improves PC security, and provides training and support for Microsoft Office Accounting 2007, Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and PowerPoint. Then Empowering You! works with the owners to take the business to the next level—creating company websites and modifying Office products to improve workflow and integrate them with Microsoft Office Accounting 2007.
