Annlee Hines

Joel West holds sixty certifications, including many from Cisco. He is a Cisco certified trainer and a CCIE candidate. In the late 90s, Joel began focusing his networking efforts on Cisco technologies and specializing in small and medium network design and implementation. He has been teaching Cisco and other networking courses for the past three years and has focused specifically on secure network infrastructure design.

Series Editor Ed Tittel runs LANWrights, Inc., a training and writing firm that specializes in networking, computer security, and markup languages. Ed is the originator of the Exam Cram series.

Annlee Hines is a senior network security engineer and the president of S2 Networking, Inc., which provides consulting services in secured network design and implementation. A frequent author of tutorials for CertificationZone.com, she is also the author of Planning for Survivable Networks (Wiley, 2002), a book for those who need to understand what is involved in ensuring that their networks will continue to function enough to do the job in the face of a physical or cyber disaster. Her current certification goal is to earn the CISSP by the end of 2003.
