Tay Kratzer

Terry Kratzer, Master CNE, is a senior support specialist at Novell. He has authored and co-authored several GroupWise administrator and user books. He was a key speaker at the first GroupWise Advisor Summit in October 2002, and he received the highest award from the Software Support Professional Association in 2002.
