1 | p242 | To open a PayPal Buyer Protection case, click the Resolution Center link at the bottom of any eBay page and follow the instructions from there. Again, you have to dispute a transaction within 45 days from your PayPal payment. At that point, the seller has seven days to respond. If no satisfactory action has been taken by the eighth day, you can return to the Resolution Center and escalate your dispute to a full-fledged claim. If PayPal finds in your favor, you should be reimbursed for your claim. In the United States, PayPal protects you for the full price of the merchandise; this coverage is capped in some other countries. See the PayPal site for more details. |
