Changing the Look of the Windows Media Player
You have full control over the look of the Windows Media Player's window. You can shrink the window to a smaller size and click Maximize to once again restore the player to its full-screen mode. Select from the View, Now Playing Tools to select options such as the equalizer shown in Figure 21.2.
You can drag the equalizer controls to change the tones of the music. In addition, double-click over any song to play that song in the playlist.
Besides changing the size of the Windows Media Player, you can change the entire look of the Windows Media Player's screen. Skin is the name for a Windows Media Player theme; you can select a skin to match your musical playlist's mood.

To Do: Changing the Windows Media Player's Skin
- Restore your Media Player to full-screen if it's not presently maximized.
- Click the Skin Chooser button to display the list of player skins that you can choose. As you click each skin's title, a preview of that skin appears in the window, as shown in Figure 21.3.
Figure 21.3 The Windows Media Player skins can dramatically change the player's appearance.
- Double-click any skin for your Windows Media Player to take on the look of that skin. All the Windows Media Player controls appear on the new skin, but the player takes on the theme of the skin.
