Using Command Buttons

You use command buttons to either accept or reject the changes you've made in a dialog box, to get help, or to access another related dialog box. To select a command button, simply click it.

Figure 5.7 shows the two most common command buttons: OK and Cancel. Select the OK command button to accept the information you have entered or to verify an action and close the dialog box. Select the Cancel command button to leave the dialog box without putting into effect the changes you made in the dialog box.
