Using Option Buttons

Option buttons enable you to make a single choice from a group of possible command options. For example, the Print Range options displayed in Figure 5.5 enable you to choose which pages of your document you want to print. The active option (the All option in Figure 5.5) has a filled-in circle. The figure is from WordPad using the File, Print command.

To select an option button, click the circle for the option you want. (If you have trouble pointing into the circle, click the accompanying text instead.)
