  • The .NET Framework version 1.1 Redistributable Package helps you to run applications developed using the .NET Framework. (Version 1.0 is also available.)

  • The .NET Framework version 1.1 Language Pack encloses translated text, such as error messages, for languages other than English.

  • Microsoft Visual J# .NET for Visual Studio .NET is a development tool for Java-language developers to build applications and services on the .NET Framework. Note that Visual J# .NET is not a tool for developing applications intended to run on a Java Virtual Machine (JVM).

  • The Visual J# .NET version 1.1 Redistributable Package helps you to run your Visual J# .NET applications on a computer that already has .NET Framework version 1.1 installed.

  • Visual J# .NET version 1.1 Redistributable Package Language Pack. Language packs contain translated text such as error messages for languages other than English.

  • The .NET Compact Framework 1.0 Redistributable helps you to run .NET Compact Framework applications, including the Common Language Runtime (CLR) and the .NET Compact Framework class library.

  • .NET Managed Provider for Oracle (download). The .NET Framework Data Provider for Oracle is an add-on component to the .NET Framework that provides access to the Oracle database. This provider relies on Oracle client interfaces provided by the Oracle client software.

  • The ODBC .NET Data Provider is an add-on component to the .NET Framework. It provides access to native ODBC drivers in the same way that the OLE DB .NET Data Provider provides access to native OLE DB providers.

  • MSDN downloads. The Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) provides a broad range of developer-related tools and add-ins, service packs, product updates, and beta and preview releases.

  • MSDN subscriber downloads. This password-protected site provides active MSDN Universal and Professional subscribers and Microsoft Certified Partners (MCPs) with immediate access to the latest MSDN subscription software.

  • .NET Enterprise Server downloads. Take a look at this page for the latest server add-ins, patches, service packs, tools, and trial versions.

  • TechNet downloads provides hot fixes, security bulletins, and patches for IT professionals.

  • Web Services Enhancements (WSE) 1.0 Service Pack 1.0 for Microsoft .NET provides important security, scalability, and performance enhancements (recommended upgrade).

  • VB6 Code Advisor. This application plugs into Visual Basic 6 to analyze your code and suggest possible improvements.

  • BizTalk Server 2002 Toolkit for Microsoft .NET helps developers to build complete BizTalk projects using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and orchestrate ASP.NET XML web services.
