Should you AutoShrink your databases?

The "AutoShrink" option on a database automatically recovers space in the database - sort of.

But did you know that by tunring on the "autoshrink" setting in your databases that you’ll cause problems for your reindex commands? The shrink operation causes fragmentation in your indexes, and should probably be turned off entirely.
