I saw onthe Microsoft site today that there is a new CTP announced for "Longhorn" - the next version of Windows server.
I've been using the SQL Server 2008 CTP releases on Longhorn - sort of a glutton for punishment! Early on, this was a real challenge. Now, the only things I face are the same User Account Control (UAC) I get in Vista, which really drives me nuts. I found out how to cut it off, but I have been trying it with the UAC on.
The main problems I've run into are little things, but I have found that SQL 2K8 is pretty reliable on Longhorn, at least in the iterations I've played with so far.
