Jeremy D. Cioara, CCIE No. 11727, is the owner of AdTEC Networks, an IT consulting firm. Jeremy also teaches on topics ranging from Cisco certification to IP Telephony. Jeremy is also the author of books and official curricula.

Michael Valentine has 15 years of experience in the IT field, specializing in network design and installation. Currently, he is a Cisco trainer with Skyline Advanced Technology Services and specializes in Cisco Unified Communications, CCNA, and CCNP classes. His accessible, humorous, and effective teaching style has demystified Cisco for hundreds of students since he began teaching in 2002. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and currently holds CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCVP, and CCSI No. 31461 certifications. Mike has developed courseware and labs for Cisco and its training partners. Dave Schulz, CCNP, CCVP, CCSP, CCDP, is a voice technology instructor in voice technology with Skyline Advanced Technology Services.

Dave Schulz  has over 25 years of experience with various technologies, ranging from routing and switching to security and voice technologies. In addition to teaching voice technologies over the last number years, Dave has been involved with writing and developing courseware and lab manuals for Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unity Connection.

the CCIE written exam.

 

Mike was on the development team for the Cisco Unified Communications Architecture and Design official Cisco courseware

and is currently developing custom Unified Communications courseware for Skyline. Mike coauthored the popular CCNA

Exam Cram, second edition, first published in December 2005, as well as the third edition of that volume published in

December 2007.

Andrew Whitaker (M.Sc., CISSP, CCVP, CCNP, CCSP, CCNA, CCDA, MCSE, MCTS, CNE, CEI, CEH, ECSA, Security+, A+, Network+, Convergence+, CTP) is the Director of  Enterprise InfoSec and Networking for Training Camp, an international training company that helps certify thousands of IT professionals each year through its unique accelerated learning model.
