Gina Carrillo

Gina Carrillo has 10 years of professional experience as a technical writer, analyst, Web developer, editor, and instructor. Gina works full-time as a technical writer and application analyst writing software system manuals, developing online help and company Websites, and writing technical documentation. Three years ago, she helped develop a new certificate program for technical communicators at the University of South Florida, where she is a part-time Robo Help and Technical Editing instructor. While not working or teaching, Gina also is an author and technical editor for Que and Sams books.
