Brendan Dayley is a web application developer who loves learning and implementing the latest and greatest technologies. He is the co-author of Learning Angular and Sams Teach Yourself AngularJS, JavaScript, and jQuery All in One. He has written a number of web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular, and he is exploring the capabilities of new web and mobile technologies such as augmented reality and how to use them for innovative solutions.
Caleb Dayley is a university student studying computer science. He tries to learn all that he can and has taught himself much of what he knows about programming. He has taught himself several languages, including JavaScript, C#, and, using the first edition of this book, NodeJS, MongoDB and Angular. He is excited for what the future holds, and the opportunities to help design and create the next generation of innovative software that will continue to improve the way we live, work, and play.
Ron Tanner
Brad Dayley is a software engineer on the Novell Critical Problem Resolution team with nine years of experience with Novell products. He is the coauthor of Novell ZENworks for Desktops 4 Administrator's Handbook and Novell ZENworks for Servers 3 Administrator's Handbook. Ron Tanner is the Novell ZENworks product manager, defining the future of ZENworks products. He has been with Novell since 1993, and has been involved with the ZENworks project since its inception. He is the coauthor of Novell ZENworks for Desktops 4 Administrator's Handbook and Novell ZENworks for Servers Administrator's Handbook.
Ron Tanner
Ron Tanner is currently a product manager for Novell ZENworks, defining the future of the product. Ron has been associated with ZENworks since its inception and led software development as Director of Engineering through the invention and first releases of ZENworks. He has 17 years of experience in developing software and leading engineering teams into exciting, cutting-edge technology. Prior to working at Novell, Ron worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories developing advanced networking systems. Ron has co-authored, with Brad Dayley, five other ZENworks Novell Press titles. If Ron has some free time he is often found with his wife, CheRee, cheering for their four children at football games, competitive cheering events, karate, and hula championships. Sometimes Ron sneaks away for some quiet time with a book.
