James Jones
James G. Jones has more than 30 years experience in the information technology industry and has held positions from technician to senior vice president of a Fortune 500 multinational. He holds a B.S. and M.B.A. from Michigan State University and numerous technical certifications including A+, MCSE, MCT, CNE, CCNA, and CCDA. He also holds certifications in the areas of fiber optics and network cabling, and is licensed by the FCC for installation and inspection of commercial radio and microwave applications. Today, in addition to writing books on technology, he regularly consults with leaders in the technology industry including Cisco, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, and Oracle. Jim lives in Geneva, Illinois with his wife Sally and two sons Shaun and Chris.

Sheldon Barry (B.A., M.ED, CCNA, CCAI, MCSE, MCT) is a program specialist for e-learning, writer, and consultant in Newfoundland, Canada. He is currently employed as program specialist for e-learning at the Avalon West School District (https://www.awsb.ca). Some of his previous employment positions have included technical writing, educational content consulting, high school department head, and high school teacher.
Sheldon completed a bachelor of arts from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1994 and then went on to complete a bachelor of education from Memorial in 1995. Since then Sheldon has completed a masters of education (information technology) degree. He currently enjoys life with his wife, Kelly; his two little girls, Sarah and Anna; and loves to play soccer and golf.

Craig is A+ certified, and has worked with some of today's largest consulting firms, developing technical and educational programs for clients and employees at all levels.
